Because even in the midst of the best of times, we must remember to take care of ourselves. I lead a fairly disciplined life so as to feel optimal. My wellness program can sometimes feel like a drag when I am traveling or hanging with friends, but the alternative is much worse. So I always go back to my basics: Solid nutrition. Slow, deep breathing. Meditation. Alone time. Positive friends. Laughter. Movement. What are the things that keep you going (and sane) in the up, down and in between moments?
