We hear a lot these days about disconnecting to reconnect. What does that really mean? How much disconnect rekindles a deeper (and lasting) connection with self? Is it a day off of social media? A week? I have no idea. These things are so personal, and require honest self reflection. There is a lot happening in my life right now that requires my full attention. Today, Lisa and I are completing the final draft of the book, working on how to get it into your hands, and transitioning into the next phase of our work. Tomorrow, I am moving to LA after 11 years in Santa Barbara. What feels like 24/7, I am asking myself all the pointed questions to determine what the next chapter of Last Cut Project will be. In the middle of these monumental transitions, I feel called to step back for a minute, stay with the internal and intentional, and allow for life to settle into a new rhythm with less external noise. I will be taking a pause on social media while the dust settles and new visions and dreams are discovered. A month? Two months? I am not sure, but I am excited to find you on the other side. In the meantime, I am not completely disconnecting from modern technology, so please continue to reach out, share and commune through email and the website (link in bio). #lastcutproject
